All of our lot-loan surveys have six full color photos with point of view references to help you locate your property corners, along with large maps sized at 11" X 17" making them easy to read and understand for everyone. We offer incredibly fast service for loan closings & we will deliver the survey to your closing attorney or real estate agent.
We also can provide the map in a digital format along with the four paper copies.

House stakeout prices
Stakeout Package starting at $750.00
Stakeout package includes:
Plot Plan for Building Permits, House Stakeout for footings, Lot survey at time of Stakeout, Brick Point for Masons & Foundation Survey for Banks. Any additional trips for Rough Stakeout, Basement Stakeout or Marking Property Lines will be billed at $150.00 per additional trip. Please Note: our Foundation Surveys DO NOT include pictures.
And we will mail out the Foundation Surveys after full payment is received for staking services.
